Drive Selection

The TLR5000 has been refined resulting in a lighter, more maneuverable machine. But don’t let that fool you, this wrapper is built tough to handle heavy silage bales. The easy towing wagon chassis also allows for quick placement. A rear cam axle lowers the chassis bringing the tail to the ground. This ensures the proper angle as the bales are pushed off the wrapper. To ensure good compression, the cam axle allows you to address the amount of drag on the tail to provide the right amount of resistance.
Pre-Tensioners
To create the 55% (approx.) stretch of the plastic, the pre-tensioners are knurled which allows them to grip and pull the plastic between the rollers activating the bonding agent in the film.

Pre-Tensioners
To create the 55% (approx.) stretch of the plastic, the pre-tensioners are knurled which allows them to grip and pull the plastic between the rollers activating the bonding agent in the film.
Film Snap – Patent Pending
Standard on all inline Balewrapper models, Tubeline’s Film Snap easily cuts wrap with a single action. Press and hold the Film Snap plunger located beside the operator’s panel until both the tensioners pass, triggering the cutting action. The Film Snap bar snaps into action safely cutting the wrap without stopping the cycle.

The BF8000 SL is designed to feed out round bales up to 6’ in diameter and weighing up to 2,500 lbs. The BF8000SL is equipped with a hydraulic loading arm and two prong bale spear, to lift and place the bale on the table. The loading arm can also be used to carry a second bale to the field. Once placed on the table, an apron chain rotates the bale as the drum’s fingers unravel the hay. As the core of the bale is approached, the table can be tilted increasing contact between the bale and the drum ensuring the entire bale is fed out.
The BOSS 1 is a large square bale processor that mounts on your skidsteer, tractor loader, or telehandler combining adaptability with accessibility. The BOSS 1 allows you to bed in tight spots that are nearly impossible to get to with a trail behind processor.
Scoop N’ Go
The Scoop N’ Go design of the Boss 1 allows operators to quickly load and process bales making quick work of most jobs.

The Bale BOSS 2 is the perfect tool for all of your large square bale processing needs. From bedding to feeding, the Boss 2 can manage it all.
Self Loading
The self loading design allows you to carry two bales. One on the table and one on the forks.
The adjustable paddle roller feeds the top portion of the bale into the flail. Height and speed adjustments allow for different sized bales. Not available on HD model.
Flail Rotator
Belt driven from the tractors PTO, the flail rotor easily chops through a variety of bales.

The Bale BOSS R is built with the same versatility and quality you’ve come to expect from the Bale BOSS family. Bale BOSS R holds one round bale up to 4 feet wide and up to 6 feet in diameter.
Self Loading
A hydraulic loading arm folds down from the side of the unit allowing a single round bale to be lifted onto the apron.
Controller
All of the Bale BOSS R functions are accessible through the wired controller.

Loading Arm Position Indicator
The mechanical loading arm position indicator lets you know when the bale spears are in the ideal position for loading different sizes of bales, or when the loading arm is in position for transporting.

The live floor has steel slats, driven by two robust apron chains, driving the bale towards the rotor with ease.
Hydraulic Table
The live floor hydraulically angles up to 22.5° ensuring the last of each bale gets placed onto the field where you want it.
Retractable Fingers
The BaleFeeder’s drum uses retractable fingers to grab and fluff the bale on the table side, while retracting back into the drum on the unloading side preventing material from being pulled back under the drum back onto the table
